It was a cold dark afternoon. The snow was making all Europe covered with a white thick duvet and the day was offering just two options: staying in bed with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book or… thinking about the very oposite: the summer day and do the recall for it! I had a look inside the fabric drawer, chose the most “summery” pattern, took the scissors, needle and thread and forgot the winter by creating the new dress for the hot days!
Sun encourages to be bolder about the fabric pattern and the shape of the dress. Ther idea of the crop top and knee lenght skirt popped up in my head when I saw this colourful cotton satin in the shop at first sight. Then I was just waiting for some time off to turn the idea into a real dress and here it is. Perfect dress for a day on the beach!
